When Z took her first yoga class as a teen, she knew it would not be her last. In her 20’s she became captivated with dance as a movement discipline and followed that path for 23 years as a performer, teacher and eternal student. While teaching dance she always wove yoga movement into her class structures. As a former dancer and dance teacher she believes in keeping movement in her daily life, balancing the left brain with the right.
In 2012 Z deepened her yoga practice and came full circle to teaching. She is grateful to be sharing another movement discipline she is passionate about.
Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is beneficial for every one and every body. Join us!

Welcome to the foundation of your vinyasa-inspired yoga practice! Perfect for beginners or those who wish to refresh their yoga practice. Each class will be a full flow with time devoted to 'workshopping' a different basic posture, series of postures, or yoga concept. Attention will be given to breathing technique and alignment. This is not a heated class – room temp from 74-78 degrees.
