Jade
Jade has been practicing yoga for the last 12 years, but it wasn't until 2016 that she began developing a steady personal practice focused on developing flexibility and strength. A certified yoga instructor (2015), she enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping others gain the understanding of their own bodies necessary to help them perform at their best.
As she has worked to develop a healthy, balanced practice, she has found a great deal of joy in exploring flexibility and inversions as well as finding safe, exciting ways to push her own boundaries as well as those of her students.

Jade is thrilled to share her exciting methods for developing a conditioning practice centered on safe, effective stretching techniques. Working on various aspects of flexibility, we'll be utilizing both active and passive stretching exercises as well as learning how to stretch and strengthen the body to prevent injury.
It doesn’t matter where you are with your flexibility- come with an open mind and know that the body is an incredible machine that can be molded and moved!
